All vehicle rentals in Birkenhead will be governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which will be provided upon booking confirmation or at the time of vehicle collection. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the latter will prevail.

4. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of the Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, including racing, rallying, or off-roading. It is prohibited to transport hazardous materials or allow unauthorized individuals to drive. Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Ensure compliance with passenger and weight limits, and do not drive beyond the agreed geographical boundaries without prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Birkenhead will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business related to your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the rental amount paid in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.

These Terms are regulated by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in this region.
